Refund Policy - Still Suain
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Suain. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or confirmation email).
- For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and pillowcases must be unopened and sealed to qualify for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@stillsuain.ie with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to order a different item, please return the original and place a new order. Alternatively, you can contact us at help@stillsuain.ie, where we'll be more than happy to help.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards or promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 21 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
