Shipping policy

At Suain, we believe in delivering both exceptional quality and exceptional service. All orders are shipped with care, using reliable and fully tracked delivery.

Delivery Within Ireland

We offer tracked next-day delivery via An Post for all orders within the Republic of Ireland. All orders are posted from Cork.

  • Fulfilment: Same day dispatch for orders before 1pm
  • Courier: An Post
  • Cost: €4.95 or free for orders over €90
  • Delivery: Tracked Next-Day Delivery

International Delivery

We deliver across the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. Every order is dispatched from Cork, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, and is fully tracked.

European Union. €9.99, tracked. Typically 2 to 5 working days. There are no customs charges on EU orders. Your order travels from Ireland within the EU, so the price at checkout is the final price. Nothing more to pay on delivery.

Northern Ireland. £4.95, tracked, or complimentary on orders over £90. Typically 1 to 3 working days.

Great Britain. £8.99, tracked. Typically 3 to 7 working days. Depending on order value, UK import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States. €24.95, tracked. Typically 5 to 10 working days including customs processing. US import charges apply to parcels arriving from abroad. An Post's US delivery partner will email you with any charges due, which are payable before delivery, so keep an eye on your inbox once your order ships.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking details.

Still Suain is not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g. weather disruptions or courier delays), but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
