Shipping policy
At Suain, we believe in delivering both exceptional quality and exceptional service. All orders are shipped with care, using reliable and fully tracked delivery.
Delivery Within Ireland
We offer tracked next-day delivery via An Post for all orders within the Republic of Ireland. All orders are posted from Cork.
- Fulfilment: Same day dispatch for orders before 1pm
- Courier: An Post
- Cost: €2.99 or free for orders over €80
- Delivery: Tracked Next-Day Delivery
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking details.

Still Suain is not liable for delays outside of our control (e.g. weather disruptions or courier delays), but we will always do our best to help resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select destinations via An Post Tracked International.
- Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 working days
- Shipping Fee: €9.99
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched
- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
